What do we use and why?

• Your enquiry: name, company, email, optional phone number, selected services and message. We use these details to respond and prepare a proposal (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• Website operation and security: essential technical logs and your cookie choice. This is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable site (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics and advertising measurement: we use these only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

Please do not include passwords, personal identification codes or other sensitive information in the form. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Who may process the information?

Access is limited to Enkilar personnel and providers needed to run the service: Zone Media OÜ (hosting), Google, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn and Meta. We may also disclose information to advisers or authorities when required by law or needed to defend a legal claim.

Some providers have a US parent company or infrastructure. Transfers are protected through the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards where necessary.

How long do we keep it?

• enquiries for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact if no client relationship begins;
• client and transaction records for as long as the contract or law requires; accounting source documents are generally kept for seven years;
• security and application logs normally for up to 90 days, and Zone backups for up to 14 days;
• your cookie choice in the browser for six months; analytics and advertising data according to provider settings, generally from a few days to two years.

Cookie choices

Analytics and marketing are off on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using “Change cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining consent does not restrict the website’s core functions.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to processing and, where applicable, receive your information in a machine-readable format. You may withdraw consent at any time. Email info@enkilar.ee; we normally respond within one month.

If you believe your information has been used unlawfully, you may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority.
